Plain words win
If a stakeholder can't repeat the strategy back in one sentence, it isn't finished. Jargon is usually fog with a budget.

Yes, we named the company after a neuroscience term. No, we're not sorry. Engram Inspire Labs FZCO is a small Dubai studio sitting exactly where learning design meets getting people's attention.
Who we are
Most organisations are excellent at exactly one half of the problem. Either they know how to teach (and nobody ever hears about it) or they're brilliant at buying attention, and there's very little waiting at the other end when it arrives.
So we built a studio that holds both. The people designing your curriculum know how the campaign filling it gets measured. The person writing the ad knows what the learner is asked to do in lesson one. It sounds obvious. It's astonishingly rare.
Then we went a step further and started running our own platforms: six of them now, published across several languages, with real students, real ad spend and real support tickets. That part wasn't strictly necessary. It has turned out to be the most useful thing we ever did.
We're deliberately small and deliberately senior. Nobody gets handed to a junior team after the pitch, largely because there is no pitch team: the people on the first call are the ones who do the work.
Principles
If a stakeholder can't repeat the strategy back in one sentence, it isn't finished. Jargon is usually fog with a budget.
Including the tests that flopped. A dashboard designed to flatter is worse than no dashboard at all.
Success is your team running it without us. Documentation and training are in the scope, not an upsell.
No dark patterns, no fake countdown timers, no copy written for an algorithm rather than a human being.
If we're the wrong fit we'll say so on the first call and point you somewhere better. It costs us nothing and saves you months.
Every tactic we recommend has been through our own platforms and our own money first.
Who we work with
There's no minimum size, but there is a pattern: someone with genuine expertise, and an annoying gap between that expertise and the people who should be hearing about it.
Strong content, tired delivery. We modernise the platform and go find the right learners for it.
Products that need explaining before anyone can buy them, where education is the marketing.
Opening a UAE or wider MENA chapter and needing local positioning plus someone who can actually run the media.
A specific internal problem that off-the-shelf software solves at 60%. We build the other 40% properly.
Send the context. You'll get an honest read on whether (and how) we can help, with no follow-up sequence lurking behind it.
